I'm still getting to grips with making wet plates. Its not as easy as you think, and at the moment I am struggling with two things: coating the plates with the emulsion, and making the exposure. Its winter at the moment and as my darkroom is in the garage - the chemicals are all quite cold, which I think is affecting the collodion and the developer.
Still, I have some pictures and my two son's - Calum and Will's - agreed to pose for me.
