Recently I went to Stockholm to see family, and I decided to take two film cameras with me. The pictures in this post were taken on a Balda 'Baldix' 6x6cm camera. The Baldix was made in Germany between 1955 and 1957, and its one of those camera where the lens folds into the camera body.
What makes using this camera hard to use is that to focus, you have to guess the distance and then set the lens to the right distance. As for the exposure, you also have to guess the exposure - as there is no light meter in the camera.
Overall, I am happy with the results, especially as it was very overcast when I managed to get out with this camera, so I was struggling for exposure with the f3.5 lens.
