More Travels - Morocco & the Western Sahara
This was a big trip on my motorbike. I was away for about 5 months, travelling through Europe and then West Africa. For my journey south into Morocco I did take lots of pictures, but usually they had my bike in them so all I've added to this gallery are pictures without my bike, as I'm sure you'd get bored after a while.
After arriving in Tangier, I headed east towards Algeria and then rode south to Merzouga - where the Sahara starts. Then I rode south past TanTan and into the Western Sahara, heading for Mauritania.
Again, I was in a dilemma before I started this trip. Do I take a proper camera or do I use my phone for all my pictures...? Well... I decided to use my phone. I'm travelling light on my motorbike and taking my camera, batteries and lenses means space, and on a motorbike - which is also my home - you don't have a lot of space for 'things', so being practical I used my phone for my whole trip. And I'm glad I did. It was practical, convenient and just made life so much EASIER for me.
Anyway, here are some pictures...
